Free local pickup
Pickup is free in Fernie and Sparwood, BC. Choose local pickup at checkout and I’ll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs depend on what you order, its size and weight, and where it’s going. Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times
Orders usually arrive within about one week of shipping. Handmade and made-to-order pieces may need extra time before they ship, and I’ll let you know if your order will take longer. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier, weather and holidays.

Workshops and digital products
Workshop registrations are confirmed by email, and nothing is shipped. Digital patterns are delivered by email right after purchase.

Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact me at stitchedbymarissa@gmail.com so we can make it right.
